There are several techniques to do this, but they vary with position (wrap in top spots) and whether dki fits the situation. Might get more replies here by using an example, even if hypothetical.

Actually, won't matter anymore... Because as usual Google changes something everyday and now the URL is stuck right under the title... So you can't overlap a long title with URL stuck in the middle. That answers my question Google style, no choice.

One of the method to extend your title character is by adding your 1st line of description to it. this can be done buy using a "."(DOT) at the end of your 1st description line. For example. title- welcome to WebmasterWorld desc1- best adwords forum desc2- blah blah blah . . this will be shown as... welcome to WebmasterWorld best adwords forum blah blah blah but if you use a "." at the end of your 1st descp line. eg. title- welcome to WebmasterWorld - desc1- best adwords forum. desc2- blah blah blah this will display as. welcome to WebmasterWorld- best adwords forum. blah blah blah (only on top page results not sidebar) This is all i can help you with. Kindly let me know.. if i'm wrong at any point..
