Yes! I have noticed this too!
No competition and my bids went from 5c to 40c!
10/10 QS also.
I hope adwords gets nailed with an anti-trust for this crap.

My bids lowered slightly the past few days, followed by a suspension. Awsome!
Google refusing to give a reason and told me I had multiple disapproved ads which is not the reason by any means.
