They are optimizing the campaigns of AdWords accounts and new clients SEM/PPC companies build up. They do the campaign management for the first month and then hand all work off to the search marketing agency.

I actually took the offer and contacted Google by email and scheduled an appointment for the rep to call me. Since I have caller ID, the call was from Google. Our conversation was about 45 mins long. I did learn 1 or 2 things that I should pay more attention to, but overall....if you know Adwords and you have good QS...not much more you can get info. I tried to get any "secrets" off the rep, but all his info is what Google publish. DK

I haven't talked to them yet, mainly because they want to call me at 6 a.m. my time, and the rep's suggestions in the initial email included turning on paused campaigns, which are off because we are not running those websites anymore. I figure if that's the kind of "help" we are going to receive, it's not worth getting up at 6 a.m.

See my 'Google is stupid' thread from a week or two ago. Besides, has anyone EVER had good things to say about a Google adwords review? Not in the many years I've been reading. You can get better support privately.
