What themes should be targeted to reach such audience? Should we stick to search only or is content also required? If yes could you please suggest some websites for refernce?

Maybe use the Google Ad Planner. If you don't know what you're doing, you're likely to burn through a whole lot of money very fast.

| A variation on this theme is to use the keywords you think your customers are using in the preview tool. Make a note of the sites that are in the first 20 SERPs. Visit the 20 sites and see if they have Adsense. Then go to the Adplanner and see if they allow targetting. Cheers

msg:4105335 | 5:54 pm on Mar 26, 2010 (gmt 0) | Hi Dany, with AdWords you can promote anythong you like , even ideas only problem you will have with your subject are very expensive clicks, so better make sure that visitors are going to buy something. there are ways to lower the costs by right strategy and good quality points, plus some keywords will be cheaper than others, and again some will covert better you must do tests and compare CTR, with converions and costs your main problem is that testing will probably cost you a fortune. let me know if need a hand best of luck
