After a careful review of a section of the Adwords TOS, it appears I was inadvertently operating in a gray area. I haven't gained anything by doing so...it was just a sloppy administrative thing. I'd like to find out if I need to fix it, or if it is allowed per the TOS.
But with all the recent banning, I'm afraid that if I was on the wrong side of the gray, I'll get banned.
Do I... 1. contact support and trust that being proactive will bode in my favor 2. get rid of the gray area and hope that some future algo tweak won't pick up grounds for a ban based on history

why in the world would you want to continue, and even think of having the "Gray Area" reviewed. Just makes no sense at all to me. Delete the gray area and move on why even have this worry waking up and you got a problem.
Thanks, folks. Yeah, I'm just going to clean it up. I thought it might make sense to point out the gray area and have a paper trail to fall back on were I to trigger an automated review. But I agree, makes way more sense just to get things squeaky clean.
