AdQuants - Accurate?

I just read an article which mentioned AdQuants as a useful tool. upon looking at it and what it does, it seems that it would be, but my only problem is that the information does not seem to be accurate. That however is when it even gives you the information. Many keywords that have a great number of impressions and clicks still come back, "Sorry, but there is no data to display. We'll try and get it next time!" The ads do show up in the search engines, and do infact have data, so whats up? Two of the keywords that I actually got info back from are as follows regarding the accuracy of their report.

---------------------------------------Daily----Daily
Keyword--Ad Rank--Ad Title/Body--CPC---Clicks---Spend

Keyword 1-Correct---Wrong Ad----off 7--Way Off-Way Off
Keyword 2-Correct---Correct-----off 50-Way Off-Way Off

Does anyone have experience with this tool? Should I just forget about it?

I compared the adquants data to our own and they are more or less in line at the aggregate level. What i like is that they allow you to download the data. I was able to identify my top adwords competitors in the tool and then download all their keywords to see if I am missing anything in my own campaign--that's pretty useful

How do they get that data? Surely they would need access to your competitor's adwords account?

They scrape the SERPS for the data. Note that their website is no longer up btw..
