I'm in a scenario where I have two campaigns (almost identical) driving traffic to the same site - one for the western United States and one for the Midwest. The ad-group names, keywords, advertisement text, etc. are all identical except for one group which uses the names of individual states.
Certain keywords are getting different quality scores in each campaign. The difference isn't more than 1 or 2 points but they are different.
