I'm seeing the same Adwords and Adsense stats for about 7 hours. I hope my new Adwords campaigns I started yesterday are not consuming all my budget.

I think it's just the reporting. I paused and started some ads, and they paused and stopped correctly. It is possible that you are using up all your budget, but a simple check would be to see if your ads are still running. If they are, then you know your budget is still OK.

I'm sure it's just reporting; AdSense has been stuck for hours, so AdWords probably is too. Whatever happens to one by definition happens to the other.

No movement here in the UK for most of the day. Unusual though that Adsense and Adwords are both stuck at the same time. I haven't seen that many times before.

It's getting annoying. I'm seeing a slow down in traffic on my side, and I can't attribute it to anything because these stats are lagged. It's been probably 10 hours now.

| Yeah, still unbelievable they don't have any support during weekends, holidays, evenings for something that is basically their (multiple billion dollar) core business. They should at least have a status page where they inform their client about the current Adwords (and Adsense) status.

Stuck, plus individual ad groups add up to $100, but the total is tens of thousands (ordinarily not possible).

Actually, we had a massive blow out, because our software could not pause our ad, because Google's reporting was down.

Regular readers of the forum will be shocked to see me here over the weekend. ;) I've missed out on the stats delay, and this whole thread, having been away from the house, computer and phone until just a few minutes ago. Upon getting home, I fired up my computer to find both emails and IM from a number of product folks asking me to post here on WebmasterWorld once we have a good overview. So please know that product folks were paying attention to this forum, and their desire was to get you the info ASAP. | They should at least have a status page where they inform their client about the current Adwords (and Adsense) status. |
| I have been having a few conversations recently about his very subject - and will pass your feedback along to underline the point. In any case, I need to figure out where we stand with the stats updating - and will post again shortly after I have been able to pull together a summary of info from various sources. Bask ASAP. Many thanks for your patience, in the meantime. AWA

OK then. Back again. Below you will find a summary in bullet pointed form, regarding the subject of this thread. Mods - please note that, per a recent conversation via sticky, I am not quoting an email here. I am paraphrasing some information that I asked to be sent to me in a document. ;) =============================================================== * There was a stats issue in the Ads system that affected stats related to Adwords, AdSense, TV Ads, and GFP. * The issue started at roughly 4AM PST on Sat 2/14/09 and lasted several hours. * The issue only affected stats and reporting. AdServing was not affected and all ads continuted to run as normal. * Account access was normal during this time. * As you can imagine, AdWords engineers are working to get all stats back online/up-to-date ASAP. The update process has started. * No stats have been lost * It is anticipated that by the end of today all basic stats at the Adgroup, Campaign, and Account level will be current. * Advanced stats such as Product Placement Reports and Query reports for Friday, Saturday, Sunday are anticipated to be available by Tuesday 2/17/09 =============================================================== As a completely off-topic aside, I also learned something very interesting - which I'll have to think about some more: working with the product people and posting on WebmasterWorld with this update was way more fun than what I was doing before I got home and turned on my computer! All that said, I thank for your patience - and we apologize for the worry, concern and inconvenience. Best, AWA

| Looks like Adwords is using a lot of system resources today to make those reports complete. It's almost not possible to manage my Adwords account today (via the web, not adwords editor). Loading...loading...loading...loading...

Anyone having trouble matching Adwords clicks to Google Analytics? since the 14th I am reporting 0 clicks from traffic source of adwords (where I had hundreds of clicks in adwords) while my direct/none source has skyrocketed.

on a site with almost no direct traffic and predictable adwords clicks, i saw zero paid traffic for feb 13-15 and an equivalent jump in direct traffic for that period.
