I am looking to increase my Clicks but can't increase the daily or monthly spending/budget then what strategy will work best. 1- Decrease the CPC in % (for Bulk Keywords)
2- Decrease the CPC to their Min. CPC Where % means to start with min. decrement or start with Max. Example: Keyword Raheel has 0.88 CPC rate then what should be the strategy for decrement where if min cpc is 0.05.

Just a few suggestions, take it or leave it. May want to consider looking at your lower performing keywords and decreasing the bid and using that money to increase the bids on your high performing keywords. Also, try a new ad and let it rotate with your current ad. See if new, fresh ad text will entice more clicks.
