I nervously enabled the adwords conversion optimizer a couple of times in Q1, but both times I reverted to manual bidding after not seeing immediate results. I am thinking about taking the plunge up to xmas with a couple of campaigns, as I have read claims that the optimiser is now much better making use of data not available to advertisers to manage bids on the fly.
Can anybody share their experiences of recent ACO performance? (ie in the last month or so?) Figures and stats would be especially welcome.
