I can login, but get this message when I try to do anything: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. I first had this problem a few weeks ago. I had a chat with an AdWords CSR, who advised me to clear my cookies and try again....and it worked. I got the login error again this afternoon, and again clearing my browser cookies worked. You don't have to delete *all* of your cookies...just delete those for google.com.
