Group by Seed word or extension word?
100,000 books with 10+ extension words, how do you organize them?

So for instance:

Say I have 100,000 books titles I want to use.
10 or so extension words.

Would it be better to group them by the book title (1 agroup per title) OR
Group by extension, so only 10 adgroups, each with 10,000 words (I could also break them down to maybe 50 books per adgroup).

I'm thinking of doing the former, grouping them by the book title. I've been reading somewhere that you can only have so many adgroups per campaign. Is it even possible to have 100,000 adgroups per campaign? Would I need to talk to google to allow me to do that?

Also, are there max campaigns you can have per account? Say 1 Campaign for each Author?

Thanks!
