All they did was expand a beta to a larger beta. This was announced already and will be announced another four times before it is out of beta. But now anyone can apply for the beta.

Oh, it's a game-changer, alright. One more reason to block ads. Watch as the percentage of users who block ads increases dramatically. I am focusing on sites that derive income in other ways.
