There is local Bank offering NRI account services to all the people living outside or in same country. How we have to target only those people seeking NRI account service provider. Also taking in consideration that we have to create a campaign with a maximum CPC of USD 0.50, so that we can get atleast 30 sign ups a day, which is a client preference. How will we do that?

From my financial campaigns experience, $0.50 will give you nothing in that world, if it’s in US. Other countries… maybe… really hard to say.

In regards of targeting, you can easily target a region through settings on campaign level. Targeting specific customers is only through keywords and ad text, period.

could try using content but is hard... ads would have to be very tight and specific

or try exact match with geo targeting

the tighter the ad and who sees it will help lower the bid needed
