I have both creatives and keywords all individually and uniquely tagged. Since Tuesday, July 24th, an increasing percentage of clicks that should have gone through a keyword destination URL instead go through a creative URL. The rate started about 10% on Tuesday and has now risen to about 80%. It is as if the keyword destination links only work part of the time.
On a related note, I got an email from the Google API folks saying they made some changes on the 24th that broke some API functionality. I wonder if my issue is related, since it started on the same day.
Has anyone else with unique destination links for every keyword noticed anything unusual of late? Presumably if you compute metrics based on keyword tagging those metrics would be off the last few days.

Hi Whiplashblue, im seeing exactly the same thing.. Primarily on the content network for my accounts, but it seems to be the same problem. Previously it always choose a keyword destination url (the one it deemed most relevant to the ad group) and used that for all content clicks.
Over the last few days the advert destination url has started being used, until last night (26th) when a very large proportion 30%-50% of all my traffic was coming in this way. I have been in contact with our Google rep and am waiting to hear back from him. Personally i think we should get a discount on these clicks as they are not going to the intended optimized landing pages.
