mine came back this afternoon. Weird.

mine are not showing.there must be a technical problem
9:22 pm on Jun 18, 2007 (gmt 0)
Yes, mine have disappeared again too... I got an email from tech support that said I should delete my browser cache, but this had no affect.

Thanks to all for the heads up.
This is a known issue effecting some advertisers, and engineering is presently at work on a resolution - as a priority. They tell me that you may rest easy that your accounts are still linked, by the way.
I certainly apologize for the inconvenience, to those who are effected.

Hopefully you are not trying to be a Adwords Professional for if you unlink and then link your adwords account back to your MCC you will lose your qualifing dollars and they will NOT fix it.

Ok wileystudios? We get it. I'm sorry for what happened to you, but please don't leak it into the other posts.

Mine was fine.
Over the weekend, one of my prime accounts dropped from my MCC! I have their password so can access their account (which is what I'm paid for) directly.
As a side note, my managed spend has also dropped. Whether or not an account was dropped through technical glitch or the relationship ceased, why does the past managed spend amount drop? If I managed it in the past, I managed that spend. Breaking the MCC to Client link shouldn't drop the lifetime MCC spend managed. Silly.
By the way, after logging in directly, I can see my client's account still shows my MCC as their account manager - so this is a glitch / error with G. I'd break the link and re-establish it, but because of the way they measure history and past spend managed, I'm afraid trying this will wipe the slate clean or cause other unknown errors (and doesn't fix the base problem anyhow).
Need a fix here! Good thing I have direct access to their account - it would be professionally embarassing, and maybe costly in terms of dollars and reputation, for me to be "managing" without access to their account!

Same problem here. I just called and they are looking into it and will get back to me. The only accounts in our MCC are those without any active campaigns.
2:13 pm on Jun 25, 2007 (gmt 0)
From my MCC: "Your qualification is at risk.
You are at risk of losing your qualification due to low account spending. To retain your qualification, you must maintain the minimum account spending level."
Hmmm... i have 3 accounts in MCC two are paused but the third spends $1200-$2000 a day, have to be a bug i hate it...

"The only accounts in our MCC are those without any active campaigns."
Not the same symptoms here, the ones that remain (I'm only missing one) all have active campaigns.

"Your qualification is at risk"
Spend continuance, lowered through a relationship ending is one thing, but through a glitch means this definitely needs fixing fast.
And past spending should never be truncated no matter what causes the unlinkage - you did manage that spend.

I'm seeing the same thing here. No linked accounts are showing for me. Some have no active campaigns, others do.
2:36 pm on Jun 26, 2007 (gmt 0)
My missing account is showing up again in my MCC - it's magic - that's good.
My total managed spend is wrong - not good - but compared to the real problem of access to my clients account being dropped, i hardly care. G should fix this though, it makes their benchmarks used for qualifications unreliable and inaccurate.

Everything is back to normal for me now.

Not for me, total spent/managed amount is still 0 dollars.

I will continue to pass along info from this thread to the tech folks - and I'll see what I can learn about the 'total managed spend'.
Again, my apologies for the difficulties. I know this has been a pain for those effected.

Maybe this is what I was seeing in my thread "GAP Is a Joke": [webmasterworld.com...]
However, my GAP is still "Not Met" and this is all I see:
Account requirements: Not met
• Days since first AdWords account creation: 904
• Total spend managed: US$0.00
Real nice considering I've spent WELL over the $1,000 mark and STILL don't have my GAP even though I've paid, passed the test, and spent more than the minimum amount in the required time. 3 trouble tickets and 5 live support sessions later and I still don't have my GAP.
If GAP is meant to inspire advertisers, it's certainly not working for me.
9:01 pm on Jun 26, 2007 (gmt 0)
i'll see your $1,000 aggregate spend error and raise you 100x...
1:01 pm on Jun 27, 2007 (gmt 0)
Just an update. I now show my GAP requirements as met and my total spend reflects an accurate amount over a 90 day period.
Thanks AdWordsAdvisor. Now I know where to come to get support.

This is excellent news - many thanks for the update. Anybody still seeing issues?
7:53 pm on Jun 27, 2007 (gmt 0)
mine is fine now too.
11:20 pm on Jun 27, 2007 (gmt 0)
if "Total spend managed:" is really "Total spend managed for last 90 days:", then i'm all fixed too.
6:21 pm on Jun 28, 2007 (gmt 0)
if "Total spend managed:" is really "Total spend managed for last 90 days:", then i'm all fixed too
Yea, me too. My total spend shows only $160k. That's nowhere near my total spend, but it's probably correct for 90 days or so.
9:04 pm on Jun 28, 2007 (gmt 0)
"but it's probably correct for 90 days or so."
one of the time frames on your MCC is last 90 days. if you're like me, you have it set to yesterday (that last day's worth of data). drop it down to last choice, last 90 days, and you'll see the amount.
wish adwords would change the label for that data point, to accurately describe it. or add another data point called lifetime managed spend.

3 Days ago I tried to refund my money from my account. But the "submit request" of refund off.I tried to call the adwords support but until now,I still can't contact them...no one of them help me.
My ads dissapeared since a week, and I tried to contact by chat, email. But No response.....Oh..NO
4:31 pm on Jul 5, 2007 (gmt 0)
I for one can't really make out what you're asking for, but the answer is probably only going to come from AdWords support. So keep trying. You can always go for email or the live chat option (if available to you)
