I can understand Google not giving great customer service for a no income service like webmaster tools or google earth but Adwords is their primary source of income. What's worse is a Adword Professional should be someone they want to help for it means more money for them. I truely think the people in Google Adwords Customer service do not understand their roles. They do not understand that it take a lifetime to build a Good Reputation and about 5 minutes to build a Bad One. Commission Junction customer service is light years ahead of Google and I believe they learned the hard way that without good customer service there is no way you can be a Great or even a Good company.

Is that why I can't even see CJ's service at all, cuz they're light years away? Seriously, customer service at CJ? Really? You work for ebates or upromise?

I think there are many that have requested the ability to merge their AdSense and AdWords accounts (myself included) for couple years now. I do believe that it's still not possible to do it.

Well they are now insisting you do if you have adsense and adwords accounts. My recommendation is DON'T do it if you can. Especially if you are trying to be a Adwords professional.
