I just went through this 2 weeks ago. Editor is the way to go, it spits out data that can (sometimes) go right into the Yahoo! account conversion tool. My conversion got pretty messy, so I contacted support and just emailed them the file. It took a few days, but they eventually did get it converted correctly. Good luck!

Microsoft Beta also has an import from other campaign facility which worked fine for me. Small traffic figures but good conversion so far

And once you download your account, do a backup. This way, any account changes you make can be reversed. ;)

They actually did some changes in the last AdWords editor update that (intentionally?) make it easier to upload into Yahoo. Just double check everything first, especially with ads. If you haven't used your AW editor in awhile, don't worry - it will prompt you for the update the next time you open it.

Success! ...had a little trouble, but finally figured out what they wanted me to do on the import.
If anyone needs help with this, just sticky me.
