When excluding MySpace from Contextual networks, is a wildcard necessary? |

When excluding a site from AdWords' Content/Contextual networks, is a wildcard necessary? i.e.:
Do I just enter "that1site.com" as an excluded site or should I use a wildcard like *that1site.com* or that1site.com% etc.? Thanks
