Ads suspended - credit card declined

Ok I admit I was over budget. one more day and I would have been able to cover it just in time.

In the mean time I am going to update my credit card tonight so they will turn my ads back on.

Question. I worked hard to get a good position. Will google remember my CTR and ad position when they turn my ads back on? Will I still be in the partner sites etc?

Being suspended for a credit card decline will not effect your quality score. Your ad will have the same value in the auction upon your return as it did prior to the decline.

Trust me, it's worth getting a backup credit card to cover you in these situations.
