Bulk upload of campaigns?

 5:43 am on Dec 21, 2006 (gmt 0)

Ok I noticed that Google Base allows you to upload a feed of products which will also be added to your adwords campaigns. Unfortunately they dont seem to accept my feeds as I am in Australia and the Google Base system is not available here.
I know that other sites use this system, one of our affiliates and ebay do it. I want to know how they do it?
I dont want to manually enter keywords for all of our products and links, it would be easier if I can import the links and descriptions, is it possible?

The AdWords Editor or API are going to be your best options for adding lots of data to an account at once. Historically there have been other options that could be used on a limited basis, but these are being phased out in favor of the Editor.

Thanks for the tip.
I have downloaded Adwords editor, it seems to be limited in bulk uploads.

I wanted to convert my froogle feed and upload it. I wanted to create a new text ad for every product, but I dont think this is possible? Is there another way?

There is not currently a tool that will accept the Froogle format for AdWords ad creation. You should still be able to accomplish your goal via the AdWords API or the AdWords Editor. While there is no direct import of a .csv file into Editor, you can create many ads at once via copy/paste into the Data > Add Multiple Text Ads tool.

Is the ad automator no longer being supported?

With the change to the Base upload, Ads Automator has been removed as an option for new campaigns. I am not sure that it will come back, at least in the near future.
