Depends on the size of your budget - it wont show your ad every time. You're bidding for position WHEN you get shown, not for every search. P

I know how the process works and don't expect to see my ad every time but I NEVER see it, but am still apparently achieving clicks.

Have you tried searching the same keyword over and over i.e. refreshing the search/screen?

I am actually seeing something similar and think its more than just the basic setup problems. Seems to apply particularly to Broad match terms, and on some of mine I dont even appear for the term itself. Of course ill now try adding the exact match but the broad matching terms certainly dont work the same way that they used to. I think there may be a bug or something as the ad diagnostic tool says its under budget despite a huge budget being set on the campaign so ill follow it up but id love to hear from anyone seeing the same thing?
