I wonder if someone on here could help me with a problem. I am the webmaster of a site using Google adsense. The site is owned by a friend of mine, Jack and I'm helping out with its running.
Before Google combined all the various services into one -with a single login- my friend Jack's daughter and I assist with the Adsense account. We would each log in from our respective locations with the old adsense login ID and password (we shared it). Recently, after Google combined things into a single login, I tried to log into the adsense account from my location (different town from my friend Jack and different also from his daughter's location) with the old login ID and PW to check on something for him. Google flagged the login attempt and sent Jack the owner an alert to warn him of a possible suspicious login attempt....presumably because they could tell I was not at his location. I asked Jack to log in with his adsense account info and Google flagged his own login as well. So something needs to be sorted out at that level, but there seems to be no way to contact Google to take the alert off to allow Jack or me to log in with our regular Google account info.
Google keeps sending Jack alerts to let him know he needs to update tax information in the adsense account so he can get paid. But he can't log in and I can't log in with our Google accounts. I understand if Google wants Jack alone (as the owner of the account) to be able to log in, but he is unable to. Something needs to be reset. I can't find a way to contact Adsense and posting to the Google help forums has yielded no response.
I'd appreciate any help for contacting Adsense s they can take a look at the account and reset it so Jack can log in with his Google account info.
