@incrediBILL -- Thanks for summarizing this thread up front. Other than that I have no insignificant statistics to report at this time but am trying to boil the significant ones down to something worth reporting here. So far I've spent 3 hours and 10 minutes on the process, drank 3 glasses of sangria, walked the dog twice, cooked dinner once and reconsidered reporting these facts 11 times. Oh, haven't checked Adsense today so anything is possible. Not sure whether to be happy or sad. The limbo is killing me. ;)

Well. Earnings were up until the day (Pacific time). CPC is low as usual in the last month, for mobile devices. Desktop CPC seems to be down as well. Tablet CPC is a bit higher, but still not back to the normal digits.
RPM: About 10% better than yesterday.

Earnings are so horrible, adsense has pretty much crushed my hope to keep on going... Not sure when to toss in the towel but going to keep on going till its not worth it.

This is what is happening to my site. I can't figure it out. Seems adsense is doing something shady as usual.
I can't figure this out to save my life.
Visitors to site:
May 31, 2014 - 1,862 Visitors
May 24, 2014 - 1,928 Visitors
Change of -3.42%
May 31, 2014 - 3,746
May 24, 2014 -3,991
Change of -6.14%
For the same period:
AdSense Unit Impressions / Session: 2.07 vs 4.38 (-52.72%)
AdSense Ads Viewed: 7,651 vs 13,139 (-41.77%)
Same is happening today, June 2.
All ad coverage for both periods = 100.00%
No other site appears in performance reports.
Earnings are down.
I think the only thing I've changed few days before this happened - I switched to authorized websites only, and just verified that this particular website is there (domain.com and www.domain.com). I have no other subdomains.
The only other thing I can think of is someone replacing my ads throughout the day, but that's unlikely.
Any ideas guys? This only happened on May 31st and also today (June 1)
I switched back to all sites, we'll see what happens.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Higher percentage of visitors browsing with ad-blocking software from one day to the next? It's a small sample (volume of traffic) so variations in results are going to seem extreme.
I've also wondered if Active View CPM ads are being served but not counted as impressions when they appear below the fold and the visitor never actually sees them.
OT: Why doesn't the URL tag work with HTTPS links?

Wee-end and end of the month + "Summer Scents" = VERY low revenue for me.
Traffic is low, but stable. Holiday @ Google? No Update this week-end?
The school holiday is near, another hit.
Summer is not a good period for me... a lot of people are out!

Depending on the niche, out and about can be a good thing but only if you have something to offer people who are out and about, looking for things, looking for things to do, etc. I always think of the passenger in a car...madly browsing the Internet on her phone or tablet while the driver screams at the idiot in front of him. Mix and match the gender as you see fit. ;)

May was very good, and June is looking just as good, maybe better.

I would tell you how my June is going in regard to AdSense but it would be of no value to anyone else here.

Excellent desktop CPC! But mobile CPC is still as low as last month.

I'm getting good traffic on my mobile site and the site itself is one that many people out-and-about might look at. The mobile CTR is excellent with almost as many clicks on mobile as on the bottom banner of the "normal" site. However CPC is about half on the mobile ads.

1000 US visitors to the site. Ads above content ..$3 from clicks total. Adsense is turning out to be a joke lately.

Low CTR for me..

Maybe Google sees your site as MFA, and devalues it accordingly.

CTR is running a little more than twice last year's. And EPC is running about 2/3rds of last year's. Overall we're up. But interesting how it's switched around.

As we start June, I'm looking to better my earnings, so I'm wondering if the ad below for mobile is ok?
I see quite a few mainstream sites with lots of traffic do this on the mobile version of their webpages. My hunch is that it would not be ok; but since everyone and their mother does it, I'm left to wonder if I'm being too careful by not allowing big ads like this in my header (I have mine at no more than 320x50 for mobile, so it doesn't take anywhere near the space of the proposed ad in the diagram below). I'm sure CTR would go through the roof if I changed to the size in the image below but I feel that with the big box arrows now, too many people would click on them thinking they take them to the next page or click on them by accident as they scroll down to see the content. But, again, so many mainstream pages do this that I wonder if I'm leaving money on the table.

June is off to an outstanding start with earnings almost 1000% higher than last year and CTR nearly twice what is was last year.

adguy4life - I myself wouldn't run an ad like that in that placement, but I'm conservative that way.
Nice $24 click on an obscure channel today. June is looking pretty good so far.

bad eCPM today :(

Yeah, has been for at least a few hours for me.
| 9:34 pm on Jun 5, 2014 (gmt 0)|
Yup, not even counting impressions. This is probably the reason.
I've seen the whole interface hang on a couple of occasions today but no updates to the interface as of yet. About half my ad units disappeared from the interface for awhile but that's it. My guess is they're rolling it out in stages to different publishers and it's bogging everything down.

At present, one account I look after has been reset to zero :
Today so far
This month so far
The other account is okay. This has only happened in the last 30 minutes. It is showing figures in "Earnings and change" list.

@Lame_Wolf -- My earnings report on the home screen is completely gone.
The Adsense interface is being modified at this very moment. Stuff is appearing and disappearing every time I reload the page. I'm only checking it because there's a rumor of some improvements in the pipeline and I want to see if they're really improvements or not. Have been waiting for some real no-brainers for quite awhile and would be pleased to see even one of them. Not holding my breath though. This process is long overdue.
