Adsense on the fly with dynamic content

Msg#: 4586734 posted 4:50 pm on Jun 22, 2013 (gmt 0)

After reading stuff online, it seems that the crawler needs to gather data from a static source first in order to deliver targeted ads. Does Adsense work with dynamic content on the fly?
e.g. think of xyz[dot]com for home management which enables users find related information based on the query they enter (after they log in) like they type in monthly budget in a text box and a part of the page is populated with budgets of different months. Type in Rent and rent details show up. The url remains xyz[dot]com which initially was blank.
Now, with this dynamic data shown on the page will Adsense ads change on the fly ?
What if no results are shown ? Will the ads change on the basis of the text entered ? Also, if GET parameter is used and it's like xyz[dot]com?show=monthly-budget, will the crawler scan that and use it ?
So my question basically has three parts.
1. Do the ads change based on the content dynamically generated ? If yes, what is the lag ?
2. Does it work on textfields, checkboxes etc. i.e. ads show up based on the values there ?
3. Does the crawler look at the url constantly and display relevant ads based on it ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please note that the use of xyz[dot]com is intended to be a simple example. I am not associated with this website in any way.
