Saturday 18 was low
Today 19 remains really low
two days back to the horror numbers
and I have a traffic I could only dream about 2 years ago
BTW I blocked the adwords ads on adsense adding their landing URL, I was tired of them. Did so yesterday in the afternoon, would G be mad at it?

Dead yesterday, dead today. dead tomorrow, dead all week, dead next week...Now I can stop posting for a while.
ROFL ... I'm in your boat, this programme, Google SERPs, is totally and utterly fubard.
I'm in my office for the next couple of days and then I reckon I may just REMOVE all my sites and have a period of reflection whilst I am away at a huge widget trade fair.
WTF is the point of doing all this work for Google to give it to scrapers and scammers?
I don't need you Google, I definitely do not love you Google and insofar as I am concerned, these days the WORLD would be a far better place without you!
Just admit it, you haven't a freakin' clue what you're doing!
12:30 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
5:30pm and not much has changed since noon. So far today is not following yesterday's earnings trajectory at all. Shucks. :-(
12:48 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Lowest day in my life.
3:28 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
And then another halt... Terrible.
3:44 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
8:45pm Seeing a few clicks rolling in now. Earnings are at about half of yesterday. Hope there's more to come!
5:23 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
It is 06:22 here and nothing is happening. Guess the hamsters have been worn out trying to be smart in Adsense and have gone home for the night/morning.
6:09 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Second lowest day in succession that I can remember. Lowest CTR and least number of clicks in a long, long, long, long time.
8:59 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Ad requests yesterday were only slightly less than the day before, but clicks and earnings never made it past 50%. Hopefully today will be better.
9:10 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday the tornadoes were in the Plains/Midwest and not California, right?
9:57 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
yesterday was the best day in 71 days frame, today's looking even better
10:09 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
The thing is utterly broken ... According to AdSense I had my lowest Page Views' day ever and by a considerable margin.
The USA was 25.3% of 2013 average
All countries 33.4% of 2013 average
Result? My third lowest earnings' day ever.
10:46 am on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
My page views peaked in November 2012 after quite a good year. There was a slight drop in page views in December, but overall earnings were up on November and it was my highest earnings month ever. There was a big drop in page views in January this year and an even bigger one in February. That trend has continued. Page views are now about half what they were in November 2012. Meanwhile, I just concentrate on adding content and try to make it content that is useful to the people who find my pages. I take note of search queries and add the content that people seem to want.
CTR has also been lower this year than it was last, however an increased average EPC has held things together. Yesterday was great for CTR, but EPC was about half of what it normally is. That's typical. Google is still deducting clicks regularly as well. Depending on how often I check, sometimes I see this and sometimes I don't. Earnings are there one minute and gone the next.
Ad targeting is appalling. I am seeing a lot of ads for Norwegian hotels and guesthouses (some in Norwegian) but my sites focus on Southeast Asia. I am also seeing ads for e-books about Peru and hotels in Brazil. None of these are IBA. I can tell the IBA ads because they appear just after I've been searching for something and I haven't been searching for anything related to these things.
May was a strange month last year. There were good days and bad days. So far this May I've had some good days, but also the worst day since ... last May.
After May last year I saw increases month on month until December, with one or two slight exceptions. I hope it is the same this year. I don't want to get back into the cycle of filtering out irrelevant ads because it's never-ending and ultimately doesn't seem to improve things much. I did this before but then just gave up and cleared out my filter list. I've also changed all my ad units to image and text. These things give G the freedom to serve the ads it thinks best without me restricting anything. I want G to manage the ad serving because Google should know best.
There are things I'm not satisfied with, but last year was my best year and this year's earnings are better than last year for the same January-May period.
I've been doing this now for seven years and occasionally come to read this forum. I've never experienced any consistency with Adsense. I've had some really good periods, but they are always punctuated with really bad ones. Adsense has always been the best way to monetise my site and it still is. Nothing else I've tried has come anywhere close. It's easy to grumble when it's not going well, but I'm still quite satisfied with it overall.

I'm with HuskyPup - It's btoken. Now I see shown clicks dropping, not just revenue, as if the "invalid" click never happened?
3:49 pm on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Morale destroying day.
3:56 pm on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
After my two awful days, today has shot up, and I'm already way above what I made yesterday.
4:08 pm on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
I have had to add secondary Analytics. The Adsense stats are abysmal for the last few days. Targeting is iffy. Something is badly broken.
6:43 pm on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Did Google drop section targeting? Can't find any reference to it on Adsense documents.
7:24 pm on May 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yea and I know it was there a couple months ago, cause I looked it up for someone. They may well have retired it - maybe it's not relevant with interested based advertising now. Interesting.

I'm continuing to scrape the bottom of the earnings' barrel, I'm fairly sure I'll find the tap soon and fall straight through into the gutter below and will be flushed down to the Madsense sewage farm to be thoroughly cleansed as I remove their coding.
Meanwhile they'll allow all the scum and scrapers to reign supreme over their crappy little search engine, whoops, much-falsified knowledge engine, as they sit in their golden plex wondering just what they had done to alienate so many of the people who originally supported them and raised them to the top of the podium ...
My oh my, the history books are going to have a field day with this one:-)
11:50 am on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
My earnings are low, but the real long problem is traffic.
30% loss in the last 2 months!
12:59 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
30% loss in the last 2 months!
And for some of my sites it's accelerating!
1:53 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday never recovered. Reporting seems to be getting more random and inconsistent every day.
3:28 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
3:40 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday wasn't so low (but hey, don't get me wrong, is still low)
and considering the results of the last 2 months,
I'm removing Adsense from one site, it's just there consuming space
so there goes the first site...
4:03 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Decent day yesterday, could have been better but CTR was low. Today starting off good with low CTR, but lots of dollar plus clicks.
Now if I can just get the CTR higher and the CPC to remain the same :)
5:25 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
10:30am here and click count and earnings almost equal to all day yesterday. Sure AdSense, whatever.
5:54 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
This thing is sinking like the Titanic ... countries and sites which normally provide earnings have come to a complete halt with 0% CTR ... 2 clicks so far today from the US!.!.!.
5:58 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday wasn't at all bad, and today started off well, but stats seemed to have frozen by the afternoon, and haven't done much since. Ordinarily I'd assume they would correct themselves by tomorrow, but these days I just can't tell.
6:04 pm on May 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
> This thing is sinking like the Titanic ...
But then there's netmeg and her rocket, so apparently not everybody is going through the motions of rearranging deck chairs like us.

I've just been checking some metrics and since 13th May my high-end mobile Page Views have halved with earnings down 1/3. Tablet earnings and Page Views are down but not as much and bearing in mind that these two in April made 24.3% of overall earnings, you can see why I'm analysing everything.
