Set minimum CPC and collapse ad space if it is empty?
Can it be done using dfp?

In an effort to combat ad-blindness, I would like to be able to completely remove the ad slot from my site, if there are no available adsense ads that pay a reasonable amount (CPC).

I can more-or-less do this in dfp by creating competing line items and setting CPC prices for those. However, this means that my site still displays an empty banner space (if I create a blank creative).

I can use the collapseEmptyDivs() function to collapse an empty adsense unit, but this does not collapse my competing item since it is not actually empty (it must have a div or some other text).

Is there any way to achieve this?
