Text ads not showing correctly |

Today I looked at my site on another computer and noticed that Adsense text ads were showing the heading only. On hover, the ad description and site URL would show. This was using Explorer and I have recently had some issues getting ads to line up correctly on my site (developers have had a play)! The ads actually look quite professional. I couldn't replicate the issue on my laptop using Explorer.
Is this a new type of ad or has my developer stuffed things up?
