@Sabre, its a shame really, such a massive company yet there so unorganized and careless enough to notify us, we the people that make THEM very large amounts of money each day being publishers. still no response from any official tech members at G. only response i got in a thread is pretty irrelevant to our PIP MIB issue. it would at least be nice to hear an official state IE "there's a bug in the payment system and its being resolved as soon as possible" unfortunately the response i have is quote "If the payment has not arrived in your bank account 10 days after it was issued, you can request a re-issue of the payment. Unfortunately until then you have to just wait and keep checking to see if the deposit has been made."
So you're probably better off in the future to make plans for 10 days "just in case". Which means you may have to rearrange things on your end. But if it's an issue, know that Google isn't going to change, so you will have to.

The Transaction History in the Payments report is showing a line: "Invalid activity" for Feb 15. I haven't this for any other month. Nothing huge though, the amount is only about a dollar. Something new?

I don't think there's a bug either. If March 1st arrives w/o MIB then I'll know there's a bug. I fully anticipate seeing MIB tomorrow which means payment in 25 days...better than every other ad network I deal with as they're anywhere from 30 to 45 days. And to Google's credit when they did have a bug in the Fall of 2011 that caused payments to be delayed for several weeks they added 5% to my payment.
