The red banner is back, again.
We're sorry, some data in this report is delayed, please try again later. There's no impact to ad serving or payments.

Yea, I've had that red banner the past couple days too, and earnings completely tanked since Friday (went from average $.72/click to $.07/click) Hope it's just a blip. It's my slow season, and I've already beat last February, so I guess I can't complain.

Tanked is right. Today is dead.
7:30 pm on Feb 18, 2013 (gmt 0)
when do you guys think pip will come this month?
7:44 pm on Feb 18, 2013 (gmt 0)
Totally banjaxed from Friday night onwards. It was doing well but obviously some new "idea" is being tested in Adsense.
9:27 pm on Feb 18, 2013 (gmt 0)
PIP usually arrives anywhere between the 21st and the 24th (at least in the US)

What a complete and utter fubar today has been ... Broken or what?!?!?!?
1:09 am on Feb 19, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yup HuskyPup. Terrible day so far here too. Stats make zero sense. You'd think with the brain power and resources they have at the Plex that by now (nearly a decade into the program!), their reports would be more stable. Instead, it's just one bizarre thing after another.

Everything Google seems "buggy" to me lately. Slowness logging into gmail and gmail login page even loading. My guess is that they are making a LOT more back-end changes than normal. That said, AdSense has been challenging month. Lots of odd advertisers showing up for me when I changed nothing and a lot more duplicate ads on the same page than I've ever seen before. I just don't get the wild CPC swings I have seen across multiple AdSense accounts this month.

pip weres the pip!11

Yep, I agree, in fact so bad at times that I haven't even been able to log-in occasionally to AdSense.
Earnings are not being helped at the moment by the awful SERPs I'm seeing and especially so in the UK...I just cannot believe in Google.co.uk I am having to ADD UK onto the search term to get anything sensible.
And PIP will be here soon...is that 5 posts all asking the same question?
6:55 pm on Feb 19, 2013 (gmt 0)
Gee...and now I'm seeing earnings being reduced when I refresh the page, same volume of clicks, USD 1.00 less! WTF?
2:51 am on Feb 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Facebook and Apple have been hacked. Maybe Adsense, too?
9:10 am on Feb 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday Tuesday 19th - UK based, was the lowest adsense earnings in 8 years, it is just so painfull to see Google becoming an ass, crap search results, they spend so much time spying on everyone's move on the Internet that they have forgotten the basics.
2:55 pm on Feb 20, 2013 (gmt 0)
Sorry to hear it. Oddly enough, I had my highest earnings day in nearly three months. Go figure.
11:45 am on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Earnings are not being helped at the moment by the awful SERPs I'm seeing and especially so in the UK
Agreed. And I'm also seeing very poor ad targetting. Wonder if there's any connection? I know SERPS and Adsense are different systems, but they might well share algorithms. It certainly looks to me that Google's understanding of content relevance has taken a dive.
3:38 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Was having a better run, then the last two days tanked.
5:12 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
for me its been a normal, to below average month so far. CPC is down quite a bit. waiting for PIP still, seems early payments, well, aren't being very early this month?
8:39 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
Mine picked back up.
8:52 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
I am also seeing ad relevancy nose-dive this week. In fact, been very poor all month, but the last couple of days the ads make little sense considering the page content.
9:42 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
I think they're testing something. 19th was the worst day of this year, yesterday was above average, and today (21st) so far looks bad again.
10:11 pm on Feb 21, 2013 (gmt 0)
I think they're testing something.
Perhaps it's their own death. Today I'm seeing ads for a cremation service. <sigh>
1:48 pm on Feb 22, 2013 (gmt 0)
Thursday ended up just as I expected it to considering they were haemorrhaging data for several hours across several of my sites resulting in the worst CTR and clicks day of February at 50% of average.
Whatever it is they're testing I wish they'd stop it on a weekday!
7:23 pm on Feb 22, 2013 (gmt 0)
What the heck are you up to now Google?
My main image CMS today has 19.9% in PVs, 33.3% in click volume, 11.7% in EPC, 19.7% eCPM and 3.9% in earnings ... Completely normal I suppose to you Google, Fubard again!
BTW that 3.9% earnings is not a typo.
9:11 pm on Feb 22, 2013 (gmt 0)
Facebook and Apple have been hacked. Maybe Adsense, too?
Some jerk in Denmark uploaded a phishing attack folder on my server on 2/21. Thankfully Google sent me a notice and I deleted it ASAP, also told my host (Yahoo Small Business) what had happened.
3:45 pm on Feb 23, 2013 (gmt 0)
Yesterday ended as a horrible joke...what is G doing?
12:39 pm on Feb 24, 2013 (gmt 0)
Certainly not improving my user experience! How about this for Saturday:
Lowest PVs of the year 67.4%
Click volume at 108% making it one of my highest CTRs of the year at 159.5%
An EPC of 103.3% making my eCPM my best of 2013 at 168.6%
Resulting in earnings of 113.8%
What? ... On a freakin' Saturday!
12:56 pm on Feb 24, 2013 (gmt 0)
> Resulting in earnings of 113.8%
That's good HuskyPup, right?
2:08 pm on Feb 24, 2013 (gmt 0)
Today is my lowest CPC, it is down 80%
2:43 pm on Feb 24, 2013 (gmt 0)
Welcom to WebmasterWorld febryrbz
That's good HuskyPup, right?
Yep, it actually ended up at my target daily figure for February. Actually I was stupid enough to look at 2011 February earnings yesterday...oh the sweet memories of those days!
5:04 pm on Feb 24, 2013 (gmt 0)
9:00am here and already at 2/3 of yesterday's earnings (which isn't much, unfortunately, except to reinforce the idea that AdSense reports probably span multiple days now).
