The new site management feature in Google Adsense says that I currently own 8 sites out of a possible 500. My "unclaimed" section is empty and my claimed sites include Bing and Yahoo as well as my site. For good measure it also says that I still own two that I've sold and three that, as far as I can tell, have never been owned by anyone.
How did this happen?
I think it's because I whitelist my site in the "authorized sites" section of my account and on the whitelist I gave the OK to Bing and Yahoo since they have an affinity for framing my site below my images in their image search. I don't whitelist Google however because they frame my site behind the images where the ads can't be clicked.
What world class sites does adsense think YOU own by default?
edit: apparently you can enter any site at all, my bad, still... for a second I was ad king I tell ya!
