| adsense dashboard oddities

My dashboard is showing me a lot of hits on an ad unit that hasn't been in use for some time, it seems to have come back to life and is getting clicks.
- It's not on any site of mine, I quadruple checked core files and it's not in any cache.
- I don't authorize other sites but I have earnings for clicks anyway.
and to make matters more odd my entire payment history is missing, the pages are blank. What's going on?
