| Help with Adsense error

I got this error message this morning "You have rejected ad requests, which will result in lost revenue. See details."
I dont use iframes. I use a php include files throughout my website. So my question is how to add "google_page_url = "http://myurl.com/fullpath";" automatically without adding each individual URL which means to change the whole structure of my website.
