I suspect you have no chance at all.
These matters are really cut and dried.
I'll tell you how hard it can get. A friend who was a very successful Amazon affiliate, for a great many years, was summarily thrown out and all unpaid earnings confiscated. The issue revolved around "cookie stuffing".
My friend is pure "white hat".
Cutting a long story short? The villain was a short piece of olden day, Amazon provided, javascript.
Had my friend not personally known the right people to contact and analyse the situation?

a friend of mine some time ago also had such a problem and i can assure you that you should better forget about this idea as it is simply impossible.

I have (cough) multiple AdSense accounts. Two earn decent the third one was placed on a site with a very localised audience. Localised = clicks from same locality = invalid = ban. I was very polite and tried all but they confiscated my $95 and banned me. No worries since I have others and I'm able to run them on other sites. You can apply after sometime with an address change and a new website, without mentioning that you ever were associated previously or banned. Good luck. And don't try clicks, they are too dumb to figure out whether they came from somewhere else.

BTW, all those are not on my name, one is personal, one is company's and other one for wife (which got banned) :)

Sure you can! Use an entirely new person to handle your funds. Use their bank account. Put the site in their name. This is best done with a wife or trusted family member.
As for you though, you're done. No chance. Your chances are actually less than zero because you speak in broken English and it'll will enforce the stereotype of "shady person who can't speak English".

Since right now I still haven't register in Adsense...I'll try t enter Google Building and hope I can speak to someone who are related to this case....
