You have asked basically the same question already, the answer given was not specific to adlfy..
Advertising your site on other "normal" websites is allowed ( adfly is not a "normal website" ) ..what Google do not like, is advertising on Google or MS or Yahoo, just to drive traffic to a site that consists mainly of adsense ads ( MFA )...

no my website is not MFA.
i never use adfly and i'm not going to use it .
but tell me "mon amis" can i replace adsense ads again after the advertising period finished "advertising on another websites:)

What is on WebmasterWorld is not strictly advertising ..:)
If your site is not MFA then you can use banner ads on other normal sites to drive traffic to it at the same time that you run adsense ..and most certainly after you have run ads..even on adfly and / or search engines..
Advertising your own site on other normal sites via banners etc does not contravene the adsense TOS..

AdSense in the toilet...England as usual can't score penalties...beer was good...I'm blocking Google...hey, life's feeling better already:-)
Then again, ought I to retire or take a big fat offer from a uni to teach languages/marketing/computing/my trade/whatever?
I know, I'll start a niche, widget, trade website...that should make some money...Freakin' not!
