I've been using CloudFlare on two sites with AdSense for over 6 months now w/o any issues related directly AdSense ads getting messed up. However, I did have issues when I had Rocket Loader, Auto Minify, and Website Preloader all tunred on at the same time. I never was able, nor was CloudFlare able, to figure out which was causing the issue (pages loading in the background but not visible in browser and showing up in AdSense as views) but when I turned them all off it went away. I personally suspect the Preloader function had a bug but not sure. I caught it quick because the page being loaded wasn't one that would be getting any regular traffic and my AdSense Page RPM dropped significantly. Obviously not good for AdSense to have pages loading without someone viewing them as they do serve CPM ads.
So, my advice is if you use CloudFlare, which I recommend, don't use those three features.
Thanks for clarifying. jpch. That's what I'm doing.
Keep an eye out on page load times with Cloudflare(or any CDN), in some cases your site will be noticeably slower depending on CDN location. Make sure you test page speed from where your traffic is coming from and keep an eye out on GWT speed reports if you don't use other testing services. A well optimized site may not benefit from a CDN if most traffic is local.
Other considerations: 503 errors, adding a CDN is adding another potential point of failure so monitor stats closely especially when using a free service.
I use Cloudflare too.
Rocketloader gives problems.
Auto minify and preloader don't. I have these enabled.
I actually work for CloudFlare and thought I would jump in.
Rocket Loader is the only feature we have that might impact AdSense (not always). If you see an issue with AdSense after turning this feature on, please do turn it off and report the bug to us here:https://www.cloudflare.com/wco-bug-report.html
Auto Minify should not impact that type of script, unless you're using more than one minify option on your site (CloudFlare and a plugin) & this can potentially cause a wide variety of issues. If you're already minifying on your site, then definitely do not turn on CloudFlare's Auto Minify as well.
The website preloader shouldn't be impacting AdSense.

It was the last feature I turned off after turning off Rocket Loader then Auto Minify (Purging Cache) and until I turned off the the Website Preloader the problem didn't go away. It was triggering a single page where I had an embedded video set to auto play so while I was on a different page I could hear this video playing in the background with no open page. It wouldn't do it every time a page was loaded, but maybe 20% of the time...enough to be noticed in stats but perhaps missed if not checking multiple pages on a site for appearance and functionality.
That particular page also showed up in both GA and AdSense stats.
Maybe it was something with my site configuration but if anyone has embedded videos set to auto play I'd watch your site and stats carefully if using Preloader.
Other than this one incident I've been completely satisfied with CloudFlare and will continue to use them.

Thanks! It would be interesting to see what happened re: preloader. If you still have the info about the particular link, then we can probably check it out. Rocket Loader *should* really be the only thing that could impact it..
