Log into your account. Go to Resources and the Search for 'Request check reissue'. You should get the correct form partilaly filled up with your details. I recently got a check reissued. However I could apply only after 60 days. With stolen checks, it may be faster or different.

Wonderful. In the time I have been getting the runaround, someone cashed the check and Google refuses to reissue it.
Oh well, on the bright side, at least the detectives have something to go on now...
