I'm not experiencing it yet however my earnings are now so pathetically low I've gone past the point of caring and just leaving several sites on autopilot.
When I've completed my next couple of projects I'm going to create ads for our own products and trial them, until then I'll just take the beer money.

HowYesNo - yes I dont get it why do they always adjust down and its every 30-60 min. as said it really getting on my nerves, you can never trust what you see.

This thread is one seriously good reason for checking earnings during the day. Many have argued that they only check monthly in which case this type of activity would be missed completely.
You do need to get it checked out quick though because I can't imagine Google will let it continue much longer.

I saw something interesting in the AdSense Help section.
"...we reserve the right to adjust a publisher’s earnings in the case that an advertiser who advertised on their site defaults on payment."

So there are other factors besides invalid clicks that cause your earnings to be reduced. Google might be going through a problem with advertiser fraud. Maybe some crooks taking advantage of AdWords Postpay options, or perhaps it is outright credit card fraud.
This implies that there could be other reasons to reduce publisher revenue as well.
