I don't think that many users clear their coockies.
No they don't clear their cookies, but if the users are new visitors to that specific page where you saw the ads repeated on, the users most likely won't see the same repeated ads across all units you've seen as Google hasn't cookied those users yet. They'll probably see different ads too due to IBA.
I said to clear your cookies for you to see new ads. It appears you have visited that specific page more than once. "Clearing cookies" is the same as "new visitor to that specific page" in this case. Try using a proxy to see if you see the same ads.

Man, traffic is down today (or major reporting lag), and I don't think it's the Panda algo change, as I only have two ads per page tops. I'm at half my trafic volume even though CTR is at a high?
2:23 am on Mar 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
My earnings are up on the sites that gained traffic in Panda. If it is true that Google knocked down the sites with over zealous ad usage, does less ad inventory space = higher prices per click? Sorry for you Adwords folks, but I hope so.
7:06 pm on Mar 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
Fewer clicks today, but high CPC, so I cannot complain.
9:21 pm on Mar 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
Great day here too along with yesterday. Very predictable earnings and traffic too during the week after the Panda update.
"Knock on wood"

Been having good luck for almost a month now. CTR reporting seem to be stuck today for me. It's been for hours. Maybe CTR is just low today. EPC is high though.
1:20 pm on Mar 10, 2011 (gmt 0)
Caught up by end of the day. Nice.
10:10 pm on Mar 10, 2011 (gmt 0)
I hope mine catches up...0.19% CTR with plenty of impressions.
5:09 am on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
it was good for last 2 days ( pre-thankgiving)
Today is very bad again.
I did change nothing for my websites, but it seems G does smt (switch on and off )
10:41 am on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
Have they started the G-Machine today?
Nearly 3 hours into a Friday and I have 500 impression and less than a Dollar!
Quick, resucitate the hamsters...they've fallen off the wheel.

wow! so much?
3:48 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
I think I must've woken someone up, things are looking a bit better now:-)
6:11 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
Yesterday impressions where way up and CTR was at an all time low. Today seems the same so far. Oh well.
6:58 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
Low CTR yesterday and worse today despite high impressions.
7:22 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
And according to analytics, it appears even worse for yesterday?
8:07 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
Yesterday, it began very hight and I thought I could make a record, but it ended very low and today it continues low low and low again:-((
8:23 pm on Mar 11, 2011 (gmt 0)
Today I'm seeing many AdSense page impressions (all time high) and NOT ONE CLICK is showing? Stats delay perhaps?
12:41 am on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
Hoping that the stats are delayed ... very low today
3:06 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
Excellent data loss day Friday!
My biggest site had its lowest-ever click day, apart from Xmas, by a considerable margin down almost 33% on average, even more if compared to a normal weekday, CTR just over -30%, eCPM -28%, actual earnings -26.7%, easily my worst earnings' day since the first week of February!
5:58 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
my statcounter shows almost %50 more clicks than adsense for friday.
7:15 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
Unless there is a HUGE click dump at some point today, I am looking at my worst Adsense day since back in 2007 when I started.
Traffic down, eCPM down...well everything down.
8:20 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
My natural search results from Google are four times higher than a year ago, but my AdSense earnings have deteriorated since the beginning of the year. So far March is the worst yet.
Odd that Google search values my site more, while AdSense values my site less.
8:52 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
Things are definately NOT RIGHT. Today is as "strange" as yesterday. How can everything be so low, with "human" traffic so high? I was expecting a click dump from yesterday that never came for two days now? It's as if Google isn't counting any clicks, just impressions. I received only FOUR of the lowest paying clicks in TWO DAYS, and impressions are almost double the usual amount!
9:56 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
CTR has been on the low side for 2 1/2 days now while traffic keeps increasing. Been getting a lot of 1 cent clicks too since Thursday.
11:49 pm on Mar 12, 2011 (gmt 0)
yep, quite bad. Haven't seen single digit earnings in quite a while!
12:12 pm on Mar 13, 2011 (gmt 0)
This is bizarre, I ended up with an excellent Saturday's earnings.
Actual clicks were -22% however my EPC was +31% giving me +10% on the day.
Did I get some unaccounted for credits on my biggest site that were lost on Friday going from its worst day of the month to its best? Combining the two days metrics show clicks -15% yet earnings are are within USD 0.25 of the daily average!
Interestingly last Saturday is now its second best day of the month so far.
Something is very screwed-up somewhere.
8:07 pm on Mar 13, 2011 (gmt 0)
Bad yesterday, bad today...what will tomorrow bring?
8:26 pm on Mar 13, 2011 (gmt 0)
As usual these days the numbers look way, way behind, just what is, or is not, going on?
3:01 am on Mar 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
we thought and hoped normal earnings for february in january
we thought and hoped normal earnings for march in february
now hope it will be good in april ( march's wish)
7:16 am on Mar 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Ended the day 70% down! Hope it's just a lag in reporting and there's a click dump on the way... otherwise... sigh...
8:04 am on Mar 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Sunday wasn't the best of days. Standard (or a bit above average) views or CPC, but CTR was 1-2% absolute points lower.
Ah well, my Saturday was above average with above-average CTR and CPC so it cancels out I guess.
