This morning, it said I had 27 clicks, but only showed 4 when the list was expanded. Tis a strange day.
Even now is says 59 clicks, but the total is 36 according to the channels.
6:13 pm on Feb 6, 2011 (gmt 0)
I reckon I'm in for a data loss day at this rate.
This specific site's url channel is now showing a CTR of 25% of normal and an eCPM of 16% of normal...way, way, way out of kilter or is this going to be my "new norm" for this week?
7:03 pm on Feb 6, 2011 (gmt 0)
I look after two accounts. One is spot on, the other is still missing 23 clicks. (According to the total amount v channels)

So far, February earnings have been well below average. Today is looking to be more of the same. :-|
2:27 am on Feb 7, 2011 (gmt 0)
That's because your clicks are coming to me Husky! ;)
No... actually my numbers are high today but they're probably a dump from the last 2 days which were sh#tty.
2:56 am on Feb 7, 2011 (gmt 0)
Very dismal here too.
12:55 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
Extremely low number of clicks for me as well.....
7:32 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
Another day in the slow lane.
7:46 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
Another day on its way to be a horrible Feb. day. High traffic, low CTR, low EPC.
7:50 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
That's exactly what I'm having as well. Low CTR and low EPC. The CPC seems to be ok.
7:51 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
this is not delay. this is low revenue with adsense.
This is new way of congradulations of Google to its publishers.
9:28 pm on Feb 8, 2011 (gmt 0)
This is as record dump out for one of our accounts.
In the finance niche and yesterday it paid out $78 dollars total.
Today we have over 150 uniques showing only 9 clicks paying 3 dollars!
CTR REALLY low when it is usually between 10-16 percent.
Had this Adsense account for over 7 years and NEVER seen such weird reporting. It's 2:30 mountain time and never seen reporting so far behind. MAYBE it's not behind at all, and in fact they have smart priced us to the basement.
May have to find an alternative for Adsense. ALL of our traffic is natural, and NO crap PPC network traffic.
9:25 am on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
Tuesday was a classic data loss day for me, traffic was completely normal yet my two biggest sites were hit thus:
Bear in mind this is compared to their averages and not against their usually much higher weekday clicks and earnings otherwise it looks even worse!
My actual EPC was completely normal.
Am I going back to my old standard of 2-3 days of inexplicably low days per month? Writing that, Sunday was strangely low as well, in fact almost identical to yesterday and the metrics look bizarre compared to the last couple of weeks.
2:10 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
I have the same symptoms. The cost per click is normal, the click through rate is the major culprit. Today seems to be a repeat of what happened yesterday. Traffic is record high. Most likely Google they tried to improve targeting but ended breaking it.
2:19 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
And today after 6 hours is totally in the crapper...not even 5% of my average daily clicks, a CTR half of what it usually is and an eCPM of 30%.
Just what have they broken now?
3:57 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
So what are you all gonna do about it?
4:13 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
So what are you all gonna do about it?
Me? Nothing, what can I do? These are AdSense problems, possibly smart pricing related but mostly algorithmic cock-ups related to the affected sites.
I'm hitting my daily target again however someone at Google really needs to look at these huge disparity of earnings/CTR/clicks issues, no way are they within the normal range of acceptable fluctuations.
On days when there is something wrong like yesterday I see it for the entire day, not just for a few hours, as soon as their clock ticks over into a new day I usually return to completely normal metrics.
I've written this time and time again here that 80+% of my normal daily fluctuations are in 90-110% range, most of the rest is in the 80-120% yet I see some days when there is evidentally data loss or deliberate throttling by Google when it can drop to 50% yet I NEVER see days whereby I earn 150%.
I accept that AdSense is what it is however on those throttled days is Google losing earnings as well or is someone syphoning from their system? And don't even dare say no one would do such a thing!
4:28 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
Well, then I'm sorry for you. Cause I don't think Google is going to be making any "fixes" any time soon.
5:09 pm on Feb 9, 2011 (gmt 0)
I'm fairly sure Google knows it has these problems however the algos may be so complex now that some us have to be seen as acceptable collateral/friendly fire since small, niche sites are most probably not seen to be a priority whilst they concentrate on feeding the MFAs and Premium publishers.
I have no doubt it's going to stay this way until someone decides to make an AdSense competitor or I decide to publish one myself. Actually I did build one a couple of years ago or so but the thought of dealing with so many potential advertisers put me off, I just do not want that hassle.
And insofar as today's metrics are concerned I may as well remove AdSense, the thing's disappeared into quick sand...six solid days out of seven and so far today 12.5% in total earnings.
Nope, there's nothing wrong is there?
8:37 pm on Feb 10, 2011 (gmt 0)
Just what have they broken now?
Ha ha, A few I have just been asking myself the exact same question.
4:03 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
I look several hours behind at the moment, stats have been stuck for quite some time...anyone else?
6:01 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
I certainly hope so.
If not, this is my worst Adsense day since 2007 when I first joined.
I could go outside and pickup more change on the ground than I have made today so far.
7:07 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Something os off for me as well. Impressions high, and 1 click. I beleive this is why Google had changed "Todays earnings" to "estimated earnimgs" a while back.
7:27 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Yes is it slow, seems to be o.k on the weekends then gets slow during the week... I usually get a dump about 11p.m or later every weeknight.
8:04 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Yeah, pretty stuck today.
11:00 pm on Feb 14, 2011 (gmt 0)
Just a slow crawl here too.
10:05 am on Feb 15, 2011 (gmt 0)
Major lag. Reporting page impressions, but clicks are frozen.
10:14 am on Feb 15, 2011 (gmt 0)
Europe here: clicks are frozen. Page impressions OK
