The email address for such reports is often spoof@ or abuse@ the company. Maybe look around for such a Google address. Yes, I think it's possible they might want to know about it. eBay, PayPal, and banks appreciate such reports. Google might, too.

The link displays AdWords but, it is for all Google related services.
