Yes, I'm seeing this too.
It looks like the report is counting up from the date the last cheque was issued instead of from the date until which the payment was for,

Mine too is down about 20% from what it was yesterday or the day before. As atypeofmagic said, it is counting from previous date of issue (of payment) and not from the closing balance of the previous month.

I thought it was alcohol messing up with the few brain cells I had left so I just logged off and went to bed. I'm glad I wasn't the only one seeing this misreporting.
