Based upon what?
Google certainly is not going to admit if it were possible for someone to hack into an account and change details...just how confidence inspiring would that be to investors, advertisers and publishers alike when they rely 100% on computers and algorithms?

It has been resolved. Only Google really knows what happened. Anything else is speculation. Can we move on now ?

True, besides it happens when Adsense is living strange moments.
