PIP for Feb 2010
Sorry but I need this...
Rodeo

Msg#: 4103658 posted 12:06 pm on Mar 24, 2010 (gmt 0)

I hate to see PIP threads every month but this time I need to know if the process has started or not.
I held the payment last month (January) which in fact is the first time that I was doing so. I released the hold in the first week of March and there is also a message in the history page that I'm scheduled for a payment by 30th.
The thing is, for the past one year that I'm with Adsense, I've been seeing PIP on 22 or 23rd. Now, Mr.Sun is done with his duty for 24th and yet there's no PIP.
Any one see PIP in their accounts?

Sorry once again..

Husky, since you're doing it for Rodeo, shouldn't that be "round it up" or "rope it down?" ;-0

My personal prognostication is that we'll see PIP in Indonesia, Malaysia or Taiwan later today, and US PIP on Thursday at exactly 12:07 PDT.

Sorry to hear that. I've been somewhat startled at how good Febraury and March have been. I had my best February yet, and I'll surpass last March's earnings by Friday.

It's encouraging enough for me to actually spend more time expanding my site.

yeah... right Husky... we all know you're actually either Sergei or Larry... so enough with the fake pity act. Please, please, Husky (Larry / Sergei?) can you flip the freaking switch that's flushing my eCPM down the toilet this whole week? ;)

My guess is Friday, the 26th. Google likes the 26th, historically. Since the only thing they like more than the 26th is the fourth Tuesday, and it has passed, I'm looking for PIP on Friday.

Excellent conjuring as well, 24Mar PIP in Taiwan.

If not for those great(est) first couple of weeks in March, my march earnings would have been less than Feb. Considering Feb has 3 days less than March, which is extremely significant, I'd say I had an excellent February.

Cheque for me, I did try and set-up EFT a few months ago but it never happened so I've not bothered again.

I have been PIPed in upstate NY, EFT.

Gracias, los amigos de Google.

Just a question in general: Anybody notice early traffic and earnings down due to China ban? I've gotten used to seeing just a trickle here in the US Eastern time zone until about 9-10 am pver the past week or so.

They messed up the payment again. Instead of adding the exchange rate, they subtracted it.

Yep, shocked to see the Payment Issued amount. Google indicates an exchange rate of CAD 1:0.950 but they actually gave me 0.95 of the US$ amount. I should have received 1.0095 of the US$ amount.

Instead of adding $4 they shorted me $20!

Just got an email from Google saying that "We used an inaccurate exchange rate, but we're currently working on a solution and will have more information for you in the next few days."

I'm in Canada and receive payments via EFT btw - I'm guessing other Canadian publishers (at least) are in the same boat. Last time this happened, Google did some reconciling on the Payment Details page that freaked out a lot of folks who thought their payments were being clawed back.
