| Same domain, new site, tracking is hosed

I just did a complete re-launch of my site. I waited until it was live and steady to mess with Analytics/Adsense.
Now I'm trying to get my Analytics and Adsense updated so that I am tracking traffic on the new pages (and I am going to have new creative as well).
I tried pasting the old tracking code into the new pages but apparently that's not working. I'm getting 0 hits a day according to Google ... and all other metrics suggest, well, several hundred.
What do I need to do to get everything fixed? Right now I have an Analytics account that isn't tracking anything, and an Adsense account that isn't advertising anything.
Thanks. There are several threads on Google's forum with the same question - and none of them have an answer.
