| screening out inappropriate ads

I've been away for a while but I thought I heard AdSense was going to give us an option to either screen out off topic ads or to make sure ads were only on our topic. But I don't see anything about it on my AdSense account. Am I just not finding the right place for this option? Several months ago I had to take the ads off of several pages because of getting "dating" ads. I'd like to put AdSense back on these pages if I knew it would be safe.
