Good advice - I'm going outside to play.

We don't know because we do not have access to that information however the fact is that I, and many others, do see much lower earnings when the stats get stuck.
Maybe because you have a direct link to the plex yours doesn't get lost but mine coming across the Atlantic seems to:-)

This is no bug. Larry and Sergey have a secret red phone in their office. When they need a few extra bucks for maybe a date that night, or perhaps a large purchase, they simply pick up the red phone and murmur a few words. Next thing you know clicks and revenue are being siphoned into their private offshore accounts.
You can't fool me Google. ;-)

Maybe it's because the ads aren't all targeted properly during these times, hard to say without all the specifics and sadly there's no sharing at that level.

Here it comes...
8:34 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
This just in: The issue has now been resolved, so you'll start to see stats in your account shortly. Our engineers are in the process of updating your reports to reflect data from this morning, which should be done by this evening. Again, you might want to wait until the end of the day to get a better sense of your ad performance for today.
This hasn't affected ad serving to your sites, and you'll be credited for all clicks, impressions, and earnings generated this morning.

Got the usual 'reporting down today' click dump of a few cents. Shan't bother checking later because I know from experience that will be it for today.

By the way, incrediBILL, I love syssense. Perfect for statjunkies like me. But as much as I like the program, it sometimes appears to be slighly off. Where does syssense fetch its data; today's report or the month-per-day?
9:40 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
Well, I have received a couple of small click dumps, but I hope it is true that it won't be updated until this evening or this will be awful!

It's not only stuck, but extremely low pay per click.

About to join you with a stiff drink until I saw I was not the only one...
5:36 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
Yes mine are stuck I would say about 4 hours behind in the UK...
Oh I am getting so fed up with this. Why to Google insist on trying to mend WHAT WAS NOT BROKEN. Oh come back January come back February come back march all is forgiven. Dear old Adsense I loved the way it was.

Well and truly fubard...one hour before half a Google day and I've had about 10% of my normal clicks/impressions etc.

I've been posting to the thread at [webmasterworld.com...] , but wanted to confirm here that our engineers are aware of an issue that is causing reports to be delayed today. They should have the issue resolved in the next few hours, but it'll take longer for stats from this morning to catch up.

Will check again my account laterzzz ..

Thank you for that ASA; my stats have been stuck for hours on end now. Is there any data loss associated with this?
8:07 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
stats are coming back, but veeeeeeeeeery slow

My AdSense earnings have been down VERY sharply over the last 3 days for who knows what reason. It is making me a tad worried. I have a hard time believing that all earnings have been accounted for...
I mean, how can there be so many "reporting issues"? Why is it that on these "reporting issue" days, my stats NEVER recover, fully? There is always SOME loss.
Is this just Google's way to skim earnings from a select amount of publishers from time to time? I don't know, and I certainly don't want to accuse them of doing this, but one's got to wonder what is going on here...
8:30 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
same here :(

I am least bothered about CTR and/or eCPM but what matters for us is page impressions becuase of quality content generated on our sites.
No Matter, expereincing with adsense since last several years we have observed high/low times (but it was due to problems related with website or some other reasons) but overall I am happy.
I have a question. ?
If the advertisements on our sites appear properly, why are these impressions not getting added (this should give a sigh of relief to publishers. )

Seeing a rebound, although I'm definately not up to par yet.
9:29 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
They have announced that the issue is resolved and the stats we catch up sometime tonight.
10:07 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
Even the click dump stopped an hour ago
Oh boy, this will be a fun day
10:12 pm on Apr 25, 2009 (gmt 0)
The quality of their code and the system's complexity is obviously not at the same level as it was few years ago.
Let's just hope that the data processing code isn't of the same quality as the data reporting.

click dump just started up again...when did the stats start failing...did this affect yesterday too?
