What language are you seeing this in?

I have seen it on my site! English.
It is great, you can read the ads.

Yes, I saw this too a few weeks ago:
What I'd like to see now is a default font size setting like "Show ads at the same size as on Google"

Hopefully, this means that in the (near) future we'll also be able to choose from a few font sizes.

Yes, I saw 'em yesterday.

I liked them when I saw them. Though on my site the text size increase had been achieved by reducing line spacing so the ads were not as nice as the ads you might see on a Google search page.
It must be difficult for Google to evaluate which text size will return the most dollars across the board as different publishers will display the rest of their sites in all sorts of different text sizes. But it is nice to keep things simple in the adsense control panel for mom and pop.
If it were me I'd offer an "advanced settings" tab in the adsense control panel where publishers could see what their ads would look like in different fonts and text sizes.
This ought to work for Google revenues as it may encourage "advanced" publishers to place ads in more prominent positions rather than hide them away at the bottom of the page through embarrassment.

Seeing them here too. Let's hope we'll be able to adjust in the future :)
