i just seen a website which using adsense but the good point is in the site there is not a local javascript adsense code there is a different adsense code for them in that code there is options
to add keywords and how much sites we need to display also
please tell me how to i get this option ?

Ask Google about "premium publisher" status when you reach 20,000,000 page views per month.
