"Referrals can add incremental revenue to your site.
You are not currently using Referrals on your sites."

Why spend the time to send out this tip when they are closing the program?

Don't you guys recognize an opportunity when you see one? The message here is: "Cash in while you still can!"

You've got two more months to benefit from this pearl of wisdom from the Google Optimization Team.

I stopped getting these optimization tips since November of last year.

This is my first in many months. I already tried the program and beat them to the punch, I took it down.

After trying for two years, I finally found a referral that converts pretty well for me two weeks ago, and it's been making good money since I put it up. Of course, as soon as I did that, they stopped the program. So it's probably my fault.

Oh well, I'm glad they're not taking them away until August, at least.

Now we know who to blame!

No, don't blame netmeg, blame me. I tested Referrals twice, most recently a few months ago. When Google saw me put back the regular ads the second time, I'm sure they got discouraged.
